FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE ROUTE.

THERE WILL BE STREET SPRAY PAINT MARKINGS TO FOLLOW, BUT HAVING THE ROUTE IN MIND WILL GIVE YOU THE SMOOTHEST AND BEST OPPORTUNITY TO FOCUS ON THE RUN.

- GOBLET HOLD ALTERNATING REV LUNGES
- DB SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD
- SINGLE DB DEVIL PRESS
- HAND RELEASE PUSH UPS
- BODYWEIGHT SQUATS

EVENT MOVEMENTS WILL BE RECORDED AND REVIEWED BEFORE PODIUM PRIZE HANDOUT.
JUST 4 OF THESE MOVEMENTS WILL COME UP ON THE DAY.

YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR ALL.
ATHLETES WILL NEED TO KEEP TO THE MOVEMENTS STANDARDS SHOWN ON INSTAGRAM LEADING UP TO EVENT OR THEY WILL BE NO REPPED.

ATHLETE THAT IS PERFORMING THE MOVEMENT WILL HAVE REPS COUNTED BY THE ATHLETE RESTING.
RESTING ATHLETE MUST COUNT OUT LOUD REPS PERFORMED.

THERE WILL BE TWO HEAD JUDGES ON THE FLOOR OVERSEEING MOVEMENT STANDARDS.
